baby and family photography milton keynesBeginning of this year has been very fruitful with the newborn and baby photo sessions. Having two children myself I find parenthood the most rewarding thing in life (as well as challenging). That’s why I love seeing my couples having started their own families. It’s an incredible honour to be invited to their homes and capture some genuine moments of their ever growing love as they now discover the joy of being parents. I’ve recently shown some pictures from Natalia and Wayne’s engagement shoot from a couple of years ago. You can also see their wedding images as an online slideshow. Today I am very excited to share their family pictures I took at their home in Milton Keynes and introduce baby Lexie!

Gorgeous Natalia in her new role of being a mother.

free spring photo shoot giveaway

It’s my favourite time of the year again! Although it’s not very warm yet, the nature is waking up and it’s becoming so beautiful everywhere! Blossom and fresh green leaves are my favourite background setting! I love taking pictures during this amazing (but sadly very short) season. Today I am delighted to announce that this year I am running a free spring photo shoot giveaway!

engagement photo shoot in milton keynesNot long ago I was driving to my clients’ house for a family photo shoot. They’ve recently had a baby and wanted to document this special time in their life. It was a bright spring morning with lots of sunshine and as I was driving I was thinking that same time 2 years ago I met this couple for their engagement shoot! It was the same glorious sunshine as 2 years ago. That very year Natalia and Wayne celebrated their wedding which I also had a pleasure to photograph. 2013 was a very busy year and I didn’t have a chance to blog every wedding and shoot I did. To fix that here are some of my favourite shots from Natalia and Wayne’s engagement shoot in Milton Keynes. They make such a sweet couple and I can’t wait to share some images from their recent family shoot and introduce baby Lexie!engagement photo shoot in milton keynesVIEW FULL POST »

pinewood studios wedding photography

Our friends Suzy and Robert got married two weeks ago at the Heatherden Hall of Pinewood Studios in Buckinghamshire. Mike, my husband used to work with Rob together. I remember once at their work Christmas party I started talking to Suzy about being their wedding photographer. They were not even engaged at the time, but I was at the beginning of my photo career and had a few cocktails:)Several years later here I am photographing their incredible wedding at this amazing venue! Not only it’s a gorgeous Victorian house used as a location for many films and television shows, the groom himself took part filming some of them. Here’s a quick preview to enjoy and make the waiting time a bit easier for Suzy and Rob!

Stunning Suzy! (Giggling Suzy is coming to the blog soon!)pinewood studios wedding photographyVIEW FULL POST »

family and newborn photography in londonFrom engagement shoot to the wedding and then to a family shoot. I feel truly honoured to have become an official family photographer to this beautiful family! I met Richard and Samantha back in 2011 when it was just the two of them preparing for the biggest day in their lives. I remember that sunny autumn afternoon we spent in Regents Park talking about the upcoming wedding and finding the best suited angles and poses for photos:)And look at them now, with two gorgeous girls Matilda and Tabitha, they are such a sweet family! Parenting seems to be a very natural thing for both Sam and Richard. I loved spending time at their London home filled with light and love (and lots of toys)! And I loved documenting this very special time when the newborn baby girl has been welcomed to the family and the world. I’m looking forward to coming here again in the future!

mothers day gift voucher

It’s Mothering Sunday this weekend and if you haven’t chosen a present for your mum (or just want to help your kids give something special to their mum) here’s an idea. How about a gift voucher for a family photo session with me? You don’t have to pay upfront for the voucher itself, payment is due upon setting a date for the shoot. You will still get a lovely e-voucher with all the details. So it’s a no-strings-attached present idea which may lead to an amazing experience for your mum or entire family. Drop me a line and I’ll send you more information.
*Photo sessions prices are available here.

engagement photo shoot at the shard londonOlesya and Victor are two Muscovites who visited London for a city break. Becoming a friend with Olesya on Instagram I now realise it was a special trip for them as they celebrated their 3rd wedding anniversary shortly after the trip. So I guess this was an anniversary photo shoot after all!:)Olesya got in touch after a friend of ours recommended me to her and very soon when we started chatting about the shoot I was pleasantly surprised that Olesya’s plans were exactly what I was recently dreaming of shooting! Sometimes ideas are just out there and they seem to connect the right people at the right time! Despite everything coming together so nicely and feeling the inspiration (or actually because of that!) I was constantly thinking that something would probably not going to go how we wanted it (bad weather, last minute change of plans – quite possible with a short trip – you name it!) But the day came and everything went just as smoothly as planned (although I must say we didn’t plan every detail, just some key moments). We walked along the old streets around London’s Borough Market, stopped for a coffee at a pretty coffee shop just opposite the market, had a little tour to the famous umbrellas and finished at the tallest building in London – the Shard. It was my first time at the Shard and what an experience it was! Finding a seat at the Aqua Shard is a little tricky, but with some luck you may even end up having one by the window (that’s my plan for the next trip there!)
