I am a London and Buckinghamshire wedding photographer working throughout the UK. My style would be best described as contemporary reportage wedding photography. When I’m not busy doing weddings I am a portrait and family photographer mostly covering Milton Keynes and surrounding areas where I am based.

Emily and Clark’s wedding at Compleat Angler Hotel in Marlow

Emily and Clark’s wedding at Compleat Angler Hotel in Marlow, Buckinghamshire was simply beautiful and elegant. In the morning Emily and the bridesmaids got ready at her mum’s house in Marlow. Spacious and well lit it was a perfect place for some wedding details shots (including beautiful flowers by Emily’s friend Nicola) and natural portraits which I just absolutely love doing. The wedding service took place at St Nicolas church in Taplow, after which everyone moved to the venue. We’ve been having a late spring this year and it was a real bonus to have some sunshine while we were outside with Emily and Clark for some romantic wedding portraits. And before I finish I just wanted to mention what a fun evening everyone at the wedding had! Some wild super crazy dance moves and one young lady (on one of the photos at the end) was particularly incredible on the dance floor!

Anna & Chris’s wedding at Bluntswood Hall, Hertfordshire ~ preview

All I could say last Saturday was: Wow! An outdoor wedding ceremony in the woods (yeah, proper little wood!), bluebells, blossom and even sunshine (Anna was praying for so hardly!) Anna and Chris are very much into all things outdoor and nature and it was super important for them to have their wedding ceremony somewhere special like this place – Bluntswood Hall in Hertfordshire. They did take a huge risk planning their open air ceremony here in the UK, but it was totally worth it :) Congratulations to Anna and Chris, Have a fantastic honeymoon!

Alexa (4) & Leon (3.5 months)

Hi there! I’ve got something personal to share this time. If you’ve been following my Facebook page (or know me in person) you probably know that I’ve had a baby recently. My second. Motherhood is the best thing that happened to me in my life. Despite loving photography for as long as I can remember and even studying it at college, I could only really find my path after having my first child. Somehow motherhood let me get rid of my own fears and see what I really wanted to do in life. It’s probably just me, but I was completely puzzled before I had kids about the whole point in everything. And it was never clear to me what I really wanted to be. I find it very interesting how becoming a mum allowed me to become myself. And it’s funny how with almost no spare time with two kids now I have even bigger desire to grow professionally and create something special doing photography.

Catharine and Ben’s wedding in Bath ~ preview

The weekend past I was in Bath where I met a very sweet couple – Catharine and Ben. A day before the wedding we were walking along incredibly picturesque old streets of Bath and I was taking some pre-wedding snaps of Catharine and Ben. Catharine then said a phrase which is now stuck in my mind: “It is so easy to smile in front of the camera when you are genuinely happy.” Indeed these guys were absolutely radiant and it was such a pleasure to be around them. The wedding ceremony took place at the Bath Abbey (not bad, hey?) after which we went to the Prior Park Landscape Garden for some photos. The weather was very kind to us and some little girls in the park called Catharine a princess. Simply adorable :) Many congratulations to Catharine and Ben!

Frances and Tris’ wedding at the Cotswold House Hotel, Gloucestershire

I hope you don’t mind me posting this spring snowy(!) wedding on a sunny day like today. It is a reminder to all couples who are getting married that no matter what the weather is, enjoy your day! And be sure to prepare a pair of quirky {wedding} wellies :) It is a pleasure to share some of my favourite images from Frances and Tris’ wedding at the Cotswold House Hotel in Gloucestershire. Frances and Tris are one super easygoing couple and they couldn’t have a more relaxed day to celebrate their beautiful wedding with the family and friends.
