portrait and family photography in buckinghamshireNearly 3 years ago I photographed Ali and Bradley’s wedding. Although they lived in London at the time the wedding took place here in Newport Pagnell, Buckighamshire. A place where I put down roots more than 9 years ago and started my family later. Ali and Bradley has now started their family and reside in Newport Pagnell too. Which made it very easy for us to arrange their family shoot I am so excited to share here today. I loved spending time with A+B and little Louis who is just totally adorable. We wanted to create as many natural family portraits as possible and I love how Louis’s personality shines through these images, from being so cutely serious to some best smiles:)I’m feeling inspired and grateful being able to photograph family stories like this!portrait and family photography in buckinghamshireVIEW FULL POST »

“They are so lovely! I absolutely love them” – Alice.

family photo session in buckinghamshire

Alice and Greg are getting married later this year at the Old Luxters Barn where I had previously shot other weddings. Not long ago I met with Alice and Greg to discuss their wedding plans at my home in Newport Pagnell, Buckinghamshire. A&G had their little boy Edward with them who joined for the pre-wedding photo shoot, so it became a family shoot! We watched the ladybirds in the grass, we did a chasing game and we played guess what animal. Because a photo shoot can be really boring when you’re a 2 year old!family photo session in buckinghamshireVIEW FULL POST »

notley abbey wedding photographyToday I’d like to share some images from this gorgeous Notley Abbey wedding in Buckinghamshire. The couple preferred not to reveal their names or faces, but still there is plenty to see here! The main reason I’d like to share these pictures is to show this absolutely stunning wedding venue in Buckinghamshire and what it can offer. “Something old, something new”.. How about “something medieval & rustic, something fresh & contemporary” in the same place? Believe me, it’s possible! Notley Abbey combines both history and modern clean lines throughout its interiors (just have a look at the entrance hall and the bridal suite!) It also offers a beautiful setting for an outdoor wedding. Mature gardens are well looked after and you have a choice of white or red carpet for your ceremony! I love the combination of white carpet and chairs on the perfect green lawn here. The grounds of this place make a truly stunning backdrop for wedding photographs! But what equally important is that this place is run by a team of friendly and hard-working professionals who make sure their couples and guests (and other suppliers like myself!) always get the best experience!notley abbey wedding photographyVIEW FULL POST »

“Thank you so much! These photos are outstanding, we love them all and you’ve captured the romance and setting so well.” – Helena.
pre wedding photography in buckinghamshireI met with Helena and Adam for the first time last year. Living in Buckinghamshire we met locally one evening and had a lovely chat about their plans for a relaxed village wedding they were organising and how we can work together. H&A were an incredibly sweet and down to earth couple so I was very pleased when they told me later they were ready to book! Earlier this year Helena has contacted me and told me that as they were preparing for the wedding and getting excited about it, she also had some concerns. Not long ago her and Adam had an experience when they both didn’t like images of themselves. So I offered Helena a pre wedding photo shoot for the peace of mind. When we met with H&A again a few weeks later in Tingewick, Buckinghamshire (where the couple live and where the wedding is taking place) I was completely overwhelmed by how natural H&A look in front of the camera and I absolutely loved capturing these romantic moments between them! It feels great to get to know my couples a little bit more before the big day and get connected. Pre wedding sessions are now included into my full day packages, for more details please get in touch.pre wedding photography in buckinghamshireVIEW FULL POST »

Sometime ago I gave an interview to the online magazine Bride The Wedding Site. What I really liked about this interview is how deep and thoughtful the questions were. There are so many wedding online resources out there and many of them only touch the surface when they do something similar. This interview made me think really hard why I’m passionate about wedding photography and what it means to me. I enjoyed reflecting on this and giving the answers as thoroughly as I could. You can read the full interview here.

‘We would like to say a HUGE thank you for all of these absolutely stunning photos, and also the beautiful disc that you sent us. We are just over the moon with these and you really managed to capture all the special moments in our day, including some that we had almost forgotten about or didn’t even realise had been captured! We loved having you there with us on the day as well – you were so friendly and professional and thoughtful, and you really blended seamlessly into the background to the point that we forgot you were there! We can’t wait to share all these photos with our family and friends – no doubt they, like us, will be falling over themselves to recommend you the next time we hear of someone needing a wonderful photographer at a fantastic price. Thank you so much again’ – Ashley & Sotiris.

bisham abbey wedding photographyAshley and Sotiris had their winter wedding at the beautiful Bisham Abbey in Buckinghamshire, the venue with rich historical background and some modern accommodation and facilities of the National Sports Centre next door. A perfect place for this international wedding with family and friends coming from Greece: to show off some English history and have a comfy stay! The weather was also typically English for this time of the year – it was wet and windy, but we got a chance to have some outdoor portraits done in the picturesque surroundings of the Abbey. I’m so pleased to share some of them and my other favourite preview images here. Huge congratulations to Ashley and Sotiris!bisham abbey wedding photographyVIEW FULL POST »
