elegant london wedding photographyI don’t know if you have the patience to go through all images and reach the end of the post (but if you do, you’ll find out what my extremely satisfied face looks like!) I must warn you there are more than 230 of photos here! Each of them represents a piece of the puzzle from the whole story of this incredible wedding day. Typicall I choose 100-150 for a blog post out of 600+ I deliver to my couples. But in all honesty I couldn’t narrow down my choice here. Tash and PK are two absolutely loveliest people! They were so excited and so ‘in the moment’ during the whole day, it was a true pleasure to be around them and get energized by them. And you can imagine photographing such happy people is a pure joy resulting in many photos. The wedding took place over 2 unique London venues. The ceremony was held at St John’s Church near Waterloo followed by reception at The Lincoln’s Inn – a place that has such strong connections with the past and provides a unique historic setting for a wedding.  Last but not least explanation for so many photos is that I had a brilliant partner to shoot this wedding with. Working together with Nick seems to me like the most natural thing, I wish we can do together every wedding! I love his photography and approach and he is just an extremely nice guy (you’ll see him in one of the ‘behind the scene’ shots below). This was our second wedding together, after the one we shot back in May last year in Northamptonshire. Enjoy viewing!elegant london wedding photographyVIEW FULL POST »

“Thank you so much for these, we absolutely love them! You captured the day perfectly and were a pleasure to be around, so thank you!” – Paul and Laura

sheene mill wedding photographyI’m so excited to share some of my favourite photos from Laura and Paul’s wedding which they celebrated at The Sheene Mill in Cambridgeshire just before Christmas. I absolutely love the style of this wedding – timeless and elegant. And I love the seasonal touches of it, especially Laura’s gorgeous and unique bouguet with the green succulent, scarlet berries and white flowers including tulips and cotton flowers! Laura and Paul were absolute pleasure to be around, such an easy going, relaxed and down to earth couple (and very patient too!) I truly enjoyed myself spending the day with them and both families and friends. A nice bonus was beautiful winter sunshine and lovely crisp air at dusk – these things can do real magic on photos!sheene mill wedding photographyVIEW FULL POST »

“We spent last night looking through all the photos – we love them! The  day flew by so quickly it was nice to go back over it through your photos and be reminded of what a great time we had. We particularly loved how you captured all the children having fun, and snapped many moments that we missed as we exhausted ourselves chatting and dancing, as well as taking photos of us when we didn’t even realise you were there! We are especially thrilled with the photos of us you managed to get outside! It was grey and POURING so for you to be able to take such lovely photos takes real talent – we’re having a hard time picking our favourite!” – Julie and Greg.

I’m so pleased to share the full collection of my personal favourite images from Julie and Greg’s wedding! Like I mentioned in the preview the wedding took place at the amazing Heatherden Hall at the Pinewood Studios in Buckinghamshire. It is a set for many popular films as well as a very special wedding venue in Buckinghamshire. I liked everything about Julie and Greg’s wedding – from the beautiful winter florals to their personalised themed table plan, but what loved most about it, is how fun and relaxed the day felt! It was filled with much love and lots of laughter and I simply loved being part of it. A huge thank you to Julie and Greg for being such trusting clients and letting me use my creativity to document their special day! It means the world to me to be able to work with people who share similar vision!

lincolns inn london wedding photography

The usually quiet November was a busy month for me this year. Today I’d like to share a preview from Tash and PK’s London wedding which I photographed last month alongside with Nick. We already shot together the wedding of Tash’s brother Tom and his now wife Charlotte earlier this year. And it was a huge privilege to be invited to this wedding. It was brilliant to see so many familiar faces there! Tash and PK chose Lincoln’s Inn in London as their wedding venue and I totally understand why. They both studied at Cambridge (where they met) and this venue is simply like a little Cambridge in the middle of London! I LOVED Tash’s dress choice, the ivory colour and the lace are divine and suit her so well! And as you can see from the photos (and the previous preview) November is a great time for a wedding! (just like any other month!):)

“I don’t quite know how to put into words how amazed and grateful we are! The photos are INCREDIBLE! They have honestly surpassed all of our expectations and we had high expectations to begin with! It was literally like reliving the whole wedding looking through them – I even cried, but laughed lots too. It’s so brilliant to have photos which document each and every bit of the day (some bits we’d forgotten about until we saw your pictures!) You were also amazing on the day – I didn’t even realise you were taking most of these photos which is the mark of a brilliant photographer. Everyone looks so happy and you’ve captured so many wonderful moments – memories we’ll treasure forever. Thank you, thank you, thank you!” – Emma & Euan.tythe barn wedding photographyI can’t tell you how hard it was for me to choose my favourite images for this post!  There are simply so many of them! Emma and Euan’s wedding was a true feast for eyes and it was filled with so much joy! The venue – The Tythe Barn near Biecester in Oxfordshire – suited this relaxed and fun wedding perfectly. I love coming back to this modern rustic barn venue, which now has a separate luxurious getting ready house with all bride’s (and her photographer’s) needs in mind (look at that wall and the real wood bench!) The florals were divine thanks to the ladies from The Great Little Flower Company. Emma chose gorgeous palette of nude, pink and coral colours for the flowers. So lovely together with the bright coral bridesmaids dresses! So summer-y! (Yes, the sun was shining pretty much all day long!) Emma’s beautiful gown is by Private Label by G. The talented Rachel Lisa Jones did Emma’s and the bridesmaids hair. Cake is by The Cakery. Catering by Tythe Barn & Jamie Oliver’s Fabulous Feasts. Evening entertainment by DJ Martin from Gigz Management. Happy viewing!tythe barn wedding photographytythe barn wedding photographyVIEW FULL POST »

pinewood studios wedding photographyHeatherden Hall at Pinewood Studios in Buckinghamshire is officially one of my favourite venues! What not to like there? Lovely setting where they shoot James Bond (my Pinewood Studio brides and grooms keep bumping into Daniel Craig, soooo envious!) and many other films, immaculate gardens, beautiful country house interiors (just look at that floor!!) It was my second time at Pinewood during this year. Apparently, Julie found out about this venue after seeing images from the previous wedding I shot there. Both Julie and Greg are massive film fans and this venue was simply a perfect choice for them. A friend of theirs has designed the most cool table plan using poster themes from some of their favourite movies. I’m truly honoured Julie and Greg invited me to document their big day – it was an absolute pleasure to witness this stunning yet such relaxed wedding!pinewood studios wedding photographyVIEW FULL POST »

A very bright autumn wedding in the beautiful countryside of Northamptonshire. Also a very wet one! We were extremely lucky to get a nice break in the clouds straight after the ceremony and the rain started again as soon as wedding breakfast was ready to be served. Melissa did not show a sign of worry even for a minute! And Richard.. Richard was feeling out of his comfort zone as he is used to be on the other side of the lens. Being a wedding photographer himself he had to play a completely new role this time! Richard and Melissa, thank you for inviting me to document your special day! I know how important photography is to both of you and I feel truly honoured that you chose me as your official photographer:)

Autumn is here. And what a beautiful colourful season it is this year! After eventful and busy summer I do like to slow down a bit. Which means for me less weddings more portraits:)I loved hanging out with Harriet and Ryan in the lovey Buckinghamshire countryside near the Grand Union Canal and getting to know them a bit more. We had some giggles as well as some serious talks about their wedding next year. I think it’s going to be pretty awesome!
