“I don’t quite know how to put into words how amazed and grateful we are! The photos are INCREDIBLE! They have honestly surpassed all of our expectations and we had high expectations to begin with! It was literally like reliving the whole wedding looking through them – I even cried, but laughed lots too. It’s so brilliant to have photos which document each and every bit of the day (some bits we’d forgotten about until we saw your pictures!) You were also amazing on the day – I didn’t even realise you were taking most of these photos which is the mark of a brilliant photographer. Everyone looks so happy and you’ve captured so many wonderful moments – memories we’ll treasure forever. Thank you, thank you, thank you!” – Emma & Euan.tythe barn wedding photographyI can’t tell you how hard it was for me to choose my favourite images for this post!  There are simply so many of them! Emma and Euan’s wedding was a true feast for eyes and it was filled with so much joy! The venue – The Tythe Barn near Biecester in Oxfordshire – suited this relaxed and fun wedding perfectly. I love coming back to this modern rustic barn venue, which now has a separate luxurious getting ready house with all bride’s (and her photographer’s) needs in mind (look at that wall and the real wood bench!) The florals were divine thanks to the ladies from The Great Little Flower Company. Emma chose gorgeous palette of nude, pink and coral colours for the flowers. So lovely together with the bright coral bridesmaids dresses! So summer-y! (Yes, the sun was shining pretty much all day long!) Emma’s beautiful gown is by Private Label by G. The talented Rachel Lisa Jones did Emma’s and the bridesmaids hair. Cake is by The Cakery. Catering by Tythe Barn & Jamie Oliver’s Fabulous Feasts. Evening entertainment by DJ Martin from Gigz Management. Happy viewing!tythe barn wedding photographytythe barn wedding photographyVIEW FULL POST »

pinewood studios wedding photographyHeatherden Hall at Pinewood Studios in Buckinghamshire is officially one of my favourite venues! What not to like there? Lovely setting where they shoot James Bond (my Pinewood Studio brides and grooms keep bumping into Daniel Craig, soooo envious!) and many other films, immaculate gardens, beautiful country house interiors (just look at that floor!!) It was my second time at Pinewood during this year. Apparently, Julie found out about this venue after seeing images from the previous wedding I shot there. Both Julie and Greg are massive film fans and this venue was simply a perfect choice for them. A friend of theirs has designed the most cool table plan using poster themes from some of their favourite movies. I’m truly honoured Julie and Greg invited me to document their big day – it was an absolute pleasure to witness this stunning yet such relaxed wedding!pinewood studios wedding photographyVIEW FULL POST »

A very bright autumn wedding in the beautiful countryside of Northamptonshire. Also a very wet one! We were extremely lucky to get a nice break in the clouds straight after the ceremony and the rain started again as soon as wedding breakfast was ready to be served. Melissa did not show a sign of worry even for a minute! And Richard.. Richard was feeling out of his comfort zone as he is used to be on the other side of the lens. Being a wedding photographer himself he had to play a completely new role this time! Richard and Melissa, thank you for inviting me to document your special day! I know how important photography is to both of you and I feel truly honoured that you chose me as your official photographer:)

Autumn is here. And what a beautiful colourful season it is this year! After eventful and busy summer I do like to slow down a bit. Which means for me less weddings more portraits:)I loved hanging out with Harriet and Ryan in the lovey Buckinghamshire countryside near the Grand Union Canal and getting to know them a bit more. We had some giggles as well as some serious talks about their wedding next year. I think it’s going to be pretty awesome!

tofte manor wedding photography

Those of you who follow my Instagram and Facebook will know that this wedding is quite special to me as I have become an official photographer for this family:)I met them back in 2011 when I photographed Tasha and Rob’s wedding. I instantly felt welcomed and treated as one of their own. They are such warm and caring people and spread their love beyond their own family members. This summer I had an honour to photograph the wedding of Leo, Tasha’s sister, and her now husband Ross (you might remember from the preview images I shared earlier). Only 2 months later, last Saturday I was with this family again for the celebration of Tasha and Leo’s sister Fran marrying to Oz. And what a celebration it was! The venue was incredible Tofte Manor in Bedfordshire. Not only it provides the best settings with immaculate gardens and beautiful views, it also has the best staff ever. Honestly, so accommodating to all requests from the clients, guests and vendors! And of course we couldn’t be luckier with the weather – the sun shone all day long.

I’m feeling truly blessed to meet people like this family and work with most wonderful vendors! Thank you to all of you guys, especially Philippa and Bob, Fran and Oz, Tasha and Rob, Leo and Ross! And massive congratulations to Fran and Oz!!!

It has been a busy few weeks with the summer weddings, family and portrait shoots, but unfortunately not much time for blogging them. So today I’m posting my most recent wedding previews, all in one place to show what I’ve been up to.

As always my Instagram and Facebook are bit more lively than the blog, with some personal updates from time to time, so come and join me there!

I’m starting off my previews with Sophie and John and their black tie wedding at Hampden House in Buckinghamshire.hampden house wedding photography

adam and eve mill hill wedding photography

A short, but sweet coverage of Lucy and Adam’s wedding at the Adam & Eve gastropub in Mill Hill (where I have previously shot another wedding). Actually Lucy and Adam had already been married by the time of this event – they tied the knot a month before in Vegas amongst the closest family and friends. And this was their big London party. Stress free and a very informal approach with the similar kind of photography in mind – that is so my cup of tea! And the venue suits this approach just right – quirky, relaxed, full of character. With good food of course!

I met with the couple for the first time on the day and started shooting almost immediately. Lucy and Adam didn’t need any warming up time, they were so easy going and just super cool! I can’t believe we did so many natural portraits in just 20-30 minutes! More to follow soon!

How gorgeous is Lucy’s dress with the open back and laced sleeves?!adam and eve mill hill wedding photographyVIEW FULL POST »

The photos are INCREDIBLE!!! You did such a brilliant job – we absolutely LOVE them! Please pass on our very grateful thanks to Nick too whose photos are just brilliant! We had a little family gathering last night and everyone said they had never seen such a brilliant array of photos. I have to be honest and say I was worried we hadn’t put aside enough time to do more ‘posed’ shots as I was so cold on the day that I might be disappointed with the photos but honestly these are so so brilliant. We can’t thank you enough” – Charlotte.

I have just finished preparing images from this beautiful and mind-blowing wedding at the Courteenhall Estate and I am so excited to share them here. Charlotte and Tom organised a truly unforgettable day which is so clear if you have patience to look through all images I shot together with another photographer. Nick was amazing and without his help I wouldn’t manage to get such a variety of shots covering every possible angle.  I would love to mention here all the lovely suppliers without whom this day wouldn’t be the same:
